Our service is bespoke so our fabrics are sourced all over the world, silks and hand made linens, wall hangings and drapes and can be individually designed for an occasion.
Our silverware and crockery range from gold plated options to sterling silver with personal engravings and our stemware is from the homes of Crystal Italy, Austria and Ireland which we have often had individually designed as a momento for the occasion.
Our preferred florists provide stems grown in the rain forests of Brazil, the gardens of Europe and the plains of Peru. Our portfolio of Stationery & Flower arrangement designers, cake artists and lighting consultants have worked on some of the largest and most famous events in the world.

Merchant Hospitality have direct access and have worked with award wining event interior designers such as Colin Cowey –(party for Atlantis opening in Dubai ) to Chameleon Chairs- (designers of chairs for the Academy Awards) “the Oscars” in L.A.
We offer personal dress fittings when and where suit the client from internationally famous Haut Couture designers.
Our connections with world renowned Michelin Star Chefs, keeps us up to date with food trends and allows us to offer Celebrity Chef designed menus who can even guest Chef for the occasion if requested.
